Drivers are all good but the person who picks up the phone has no customer service skills and very rude and over charge ever price. Someone please do something

I called the cab and they said I should wait 5/10 mins and it didn’t so I called them back he said another 5 mins so I waited and then called back the man on the phone was so rude as I called to cancel because he was taking the p and I said il to cancel as my brother will take me the man hanged up on me without any sorry! They wasted half of my day!!!
