Elite Car

Unfamiliar with the area, I called Elite. Was told no cars available but would call me back in 2 minutes to confirm. Got a call back within 2 minutes and whilst no cars were available I was, after having been asked if I felt comfortable walking, told my destination was only a 10 minute walk and even if they could have provided a cab it would probably be quicker to walk. AND then the controller gave me clear directions. The controller even said I could call him back if I got lost - and he would help. Oh if only all cab offices were as helpful.

We were two elderly exhausted ladies needing a quick return to St Katherine's pier. The response was friendly and sympathetic , and the charge reasonable. Can't thank them enough.

The driver tone was very aggressive and loud, his aggressive and loud tone then led to the use of foul language. My son who is aged 2 years old with her who had been distraught and crying because of the fear posed by the mini cab driver.

Demanded more money when he came for the job. Looking at other reviews, I am certainly not the first nor the last one. Avoid

I always use Elite car service. Never had any problem, cars are clean, prices reasonable, service is quick.

My last experience with Elite Car has almost put me off of taking taxis for life. Driver was aggressive, abusive and insulting, and from reading other reviews online it doesn't seem like it was a rare event. Stay away! Use a black cab.
