Unprofessional.
They bombard you with texts after you use them.
Will never use them again.

A really horrible and unprofessional service. Do not listen and especially raise the tone on the client. I do not recommend yellow cars, there are only incompetent and rude people

Yellow cars run a great service. So far I've had excellent experiences with this company, their drivers are really nice and friendly and they charge a fair price. would recommend to everyone.

We used yellow cars three times. First two was totally amazing, our journeys was on early mornings to the airport driver was very polite and helped to put all our stuff in car and even offered to hold a baby while we put a car seat in. But third time was disaster - we book taxi previous evening to pick us up at Stanstead airport at 1 pm we received email that confirmed our taxi. But when we arrived at airport and came out in arrivals we received another email at 1.02 pm that our taxi is cancelled. They already should have been at the airport not send us emailthat they are canceling. After a call to them they offered to send another car. So we was left waiting in airport for an hour with 10 month old baby. When a car did arrive our unpleasant experience didn't end. Driver didn't say hello didn't get out of car to help us with bags and didn't say goodbye when we get off. So for sure we never gonna use them again.

I use this company for my company on a weekly basis and they are highly professional and very efficient. The drivers are courteous and always on time.

I use their service almost every week to get to the station for work in the mornings and even though on the odd occasion they may run a tad late the controller will do his out most to ensure he is in contact to let you know and reassure you. I also use the service to make sure my mother gets to and from her appointments and even though she requires a little more TLC they are able to be polite and help her in and out of the car no problems very good.

Very cheap reliable and on time, nice and clean cars I never had problem with yellow car always on time and quicker ..!!!

I received an atrocious service from this company and won't be using them again. The driver in question refused to pick me up outside my property as it was on a busy road. I offered an alternative quieter side road and he decided that he didn't want to go ahead with the job and drove off. I called another local cab company and they did not have any issues whatsoever, AND the driver was polite and got me to my destination without any issue. Although a discount on my next trip was offered by the manager at Yellow Cars, I'm not interested. Good customer service is what mattered.

Rubbish! On a recent return from holiday, we booked a cab to collect us at 3am (flight was heavily delayed due to French strikes) from Gatwick, and on arrival found out that they hadn't bothered to send the car at all. To make matters worse the controller couldn't care less that he had let us down and my obvious anger resulted in him laughing down the phone at me, together with other people that were with him. 3am, with our luggage and two small children, no cab, not enough money to get a Taxi, we were obliged to wait for the next train into London at 4:30 and didn't get home until 6.30am..

Absolutely awful service, call for a cab from a destination local to their Holloway Road branch , was told five to ten minutes, waited for twenty five minutes , I then called and was told the driver was on the adjacent road and would be less than a minute . I made my way outside in the cold and waited a further ten minutes before calling again. The controller responded that I shoidlnt have gone outside and when I said that "you told me it would be less than a minute " he responded with "that's not the point is it " . I cancelled this journey. Rude , incompetent, and overall terrible servi

1. Ensure that flight times are known by the company and communicated to the driver.
2. Ensure the customer knows whether there are any hidden costs such as parking charges.
3. Ensure that the driver listens to the customer when they try to advise where to meet.
4. In order to retain customers provide good will gestures such as discounts.
5. Ensure the driver knows the best route rather than asking the customer the best way. Suggestions above have been relayed to the company and an apology received. l would want other customers to receive a much more improved service than this.

Called yellow cars as I have used them before, to book a cab, the gentleman told me it would be 25 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I called back and another man told me my cab hadn't been booked, when I questioned him about why not he hung up on me, I called back to see what was happening and the other guy just started laughing.

I called back to talk to a manager and when they did pass me onto someone who was in charge, the guy was sarcastic and questioned why I was calling back if I wasn't going to use them anymore, I told the gentleman that I wanted an apology for what had happen

Reliable and cheap. Best local service in Islington for cost and reliability would highly recommend.

We have found Yellow Cars to be reliable and we like the lady controller who takes our info. As they employ all sorts of drivers, no guarantee to whether the particular driver r efficient.

Not reliable at all. I had booked a mini cab and it just never showed up to I had to tke a black cab and pay twice the price...Definitely not recommend it!
