Islington Cars

(Also going by the name of Highbury Cars)
I used them 3 times after Arsenal games at the Emirates; but on 4th time, the driver 1) picked up another person (saying, the driver said that they were me {how could they: not knowing name or destination?}), then kept me waiting over 20 minutes saying they couldn't get rid of the wrong passenger, then demanded an extra £10 for the trip as the fare was too low! (and it was an agreed fare I'd previously paid every time).

This being after a new controller had taken over.

I'm not going to use them anymore and suggest no-one else does: especially Arsenal fans!

I have had a great experience with them for years. They are prompt and reasonably priced. They are locally based in Islington and are very friendly. Keep up the good job!

Got quoted a set price for a ride to a specific post code (my home). The driver then tried to argue we were not on said post code and tried to charge me more, saying I'd been undercharged on the phone. We were working late so I think he must have assumed I was drunk or something and tried to get more money. I asked for the right change back and he was rude and didn't give me a receipt. One of my employees mentioned being charged more than the quoted price too on that same evening. So Islington Cars, I suggest you charge what you quote on the phone. We won't be using your services anymore.
