Very unhelpful service. Booked a cab for an airport run. Was called 30 mins before pick up time to be told there was a problem with the car and they would have to cancel. I don’t believe they didn’t have another driver. The lady on the phone was rude and abrupt, it was clear from the off that they didn’t want to do an airport run, which I would have appreciated being told at the time of booking so I could have taken my business elsewhere. It’s left me in a predicament trying to get another last minute to make my flight. Do yourself a favour and take your business to somewhere that cares.

General rudeness when trying to explain where the pick up is from, being asked if you are moving house if you have more than one bag and having to provide a contents list of what is in them is not good. Being shouted at about what size vehicle you want when you are a sole customer could also be given a miss and then being told 'could be forty five minutes, could be twenty - I can't say' led me to use another firm. I recommend you do the same. Rude and unhelpful.
