Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced and unprofessional

We have used this firm on a number of occasions as a last resort to deliver the odd bouquet when our own delivery drivers have been overstretched, whilst they are expensive ec1 - ec1 £12 (in an emergency what choice do we have) we have found on a quite a few occasions that the drivers are unable to deliver so they simply bring the bouquet back for our own driver to deliver it!!! they use or sorts of lame excuses like "there was nowhere to park" nobody answered the door" or my favourite " the address dosent exist" on each occasion we have subsequently managed to deliver it ourselves without any issue, when you call the office to make a complaint you are literelly told to "**** OFF" I am quoting the owner of the business! I am more than happy to "**** OFF" and spend my money with a company that can actully do the job they are being paid to do in an efficient, professional and courtius manner, please Londoners Steer well clear of this shoddy outfit

controller is abrupt and rude. drivers are unfriendly. cabs are generally smelly. rides are always overpriced.

The controller was very rude and hung up the phone several times before getting all the details. When told that the cab hadn't arrived, he claimed that it had and reacted rudely when asked to ensure that one arrived on time and looked for the customers in hotel foyer. Before I finished the conversation to confirm where the customers were being taken, he hung up the telephone abruptly. I await to hear from the customers what the journey was like.

Very professional. The cars may not be in the best condition, however, the drivers are very friendly, the fares are very reasonably priced, and more importantly the drivers are punctual.
