Booked a cab hors in advance to take us to the airport. Did not show up or respond to phone calls. Had to book another cab urgently from another firm who only just managed to get us to the airport on time. Would never use them again and urge anyone else to use another Kennington based company.

The best cab service!!!!
I don’t live anywhere near the area I was in and it was past midnight, they sent me a cab straight away, there was a bit of a mix up with the driver however he stayed on the phone to me the WHOLE time until the cab arrived because he said the area I was in was very dangerous and that alone made me feel so safe and looked after.
They send me the most sweetest cab driver in the world !!!!

The cab showed up 30 minutes late with no apology or explanation and the driver was rude and uncommunicative.
I would be wary of using this company if you need to get somewhere on time.

Like the previous reviewer, I have used this service for a while without problem. However, I called to request a cab recently at night, but didn't have the postcode. The guy I spoke to was unhelpful and then became quite rude. I would expect with a road number, name and suburb it shouldn't be too hard for a taxi company to find the location, after all this is supposed to be the service they provide. I felt very uncomfortable and won't be using them again.

I used these guys for over two years, and found them helpful and friendly. But recently their service has taken a total dive. And the last time, I got a rant down the phone in the middle of the night from someone who'd clearly never heard about customer service, all because _he_ had made a mistake and left me stranded for half an hour at Gatwick airport at 2am.
I don't mind people making mistakes - it happens. But to then blame me, shout down the phone, and fail to apologise is totally unacceptable.
So I've stopped using them. And have since found that Bobby Cars nearby in Kennington is much better (and cheaper) anyway. So here's hoping they learn their lesson......
