Turned up really quickly and the driver was really friendly

I have been using Prime for many years and have always found them to be a nice and friendly however they have turned up a bit late on occations but have always been very apologetic.

Beware of this company, they will quote you for a journey but charge you more.
I ordered a cab explaining I was doing a charity bike ride so needed an estate car for my bike. 6am car turns up demanding more money for taking the bike. A bit early in the morning, and time important, to be calling other cabs

On the whole very prompt on arriving, polite, cars clean.
Generally the drivers know how to avoid traffic jams and diversions (very important in London) by taking side roads.
On one occasion when the driver could not meet me because of a one way system, and I told him I was going to take a bus, he actually left his car and managed to find me on foot- quite extraordinary. (unfortunately when we returned to his car- in Drury Lane- he had received a £70 fine!). So I am
in their favour. However, it must be said that they are not always familiar with the London 'knowledge'

Reliable, friendly and competitive prices. I use them regularly AND they took me to hospital when I was in labour and were very considerate. Would recommend anytime!!

The driver picked me up 45 minutes late and was very rude.
I will never use this service again and will tell everyone to avoid prime cars.

I use Prime regularly and find them very helpful, particularly Abdul (night controller). I have on occasions left to the last minute but Prime have always accomodated me within 15 mins. There has been occasions where I have been delayed but I was informed well in advance. Most drivers are nice and helpful, well presented and have clean cars. Their rates are very competetive, and you can always rely on them to be on time for an airport transfer.

I think everyone should atleast try them once to see how good they are!

worst service ever. I was told 15 minutes the cab would get there but it took 40. The driver called me and said he was here even though he wasnt, then drove passed me twice, i kept calling his phone but he didnt pick up. Once I got in the car he started an argument, the most rudest aggressive driver I have ever come across. I called the cab office to get an equally rude response of "dont use us if you dont like us" I told the driver I would make an official complaint to his boss during the weekday, he then told me to get out of the car in such an aggressive way and basically left me in the middle of the road. The staff are awful, car was dirty, driver was aggressive and rude. The worst service ever received please use any of the other cab services in camden but avoid this at all costs! places like this should really be closed down

I used prime cars to transport friends and family at my wedding. They did a great job and were extremely reliable. There are also very competitively priced. I have also used them several times getting around london and going to airports and they have always proved extremely reliable.

I definitely have to agree with the first review - prompt, extremely quick and very very cheap, anyone who needs a cab at lastminute.com - this car service will never let you down.
A definate first choice for anyone living in Hampstead, Kentish Town, Camden Town, Islington....the list can go and on!
