Grove Park Cars

Recommended to me as a reliable trustworthy service as I was let down by another local mini cab company who did not turn up.
Very pleasant driver turned up immediately and waited even though unable to get me on the mobile as I needed to notify that would be late to appointment.
I am disabled and they treated me really well polite helpful and friendly.
Had to attend a appoint and dropped off right near entrance with the wheelchair.
Will use and really sincerely the help and service can highly recommend compared to other local companies.
Will use again when need transport as finding a reliable and friendly service is hard to come by who are as good as their word when you really need transport.
Thank you for helping in my time of need and I wish all at Grove Park Cars as successful future.

Driver was on time. Car very comfortable. Took me to Moorfields Eye Hospital. Appalling traffic jams, took 1hr 30mins instead of 45 mins. Driverer kept his cool, remained polite and courteous.

It's been great, fantastic service

It is remarkable that a cab does not know its way from Chiswick into the city! When I said that I wanted to go to the Bank of England (Threadneedle Street), my cab driver looked confused and asked if that was near St Paul's Cathedral!

I was then appaulled as my cab driver ignored my warnings that the Cromwell Rd was shut, took me some convoluted way through heavy traffic past Buckingham Palace, and then got lost and asked me to program his Sat Nav for him! He was also praying as he drove and was thus distracted.

The cab driver also refused to shut the window, despite the fact it was 6:30am and freezing. It was the most stressful journey I ever had.

When I phoned the person who answered the phone only mumbled. I had to ask him twice if they were Grove Park Cars to make sure I got the right number.

They are probably fine for journeys to the airport and back, but do not ask them to go anywhere in London.
