30 mins late first booking. 1 hour late the second booking. Demonstrably lied about arrival time and reason for lateness. Do not use.

Very good value,pick up arrived ,drivers great and did well considering lots of construction going on near the hotel so could park directly outside.

Terrible experience. Made me wait 45 minutes for the cab and the office was extremly rude.
i am not sure how it works, but apparently all cab companies are conected and they take orders which they cannot commit to.

Sams cars used to be so reliable, I don't know what's happened! We used them to go on holiday this weekend...first of all they were late picking us up at 4am because the driver "fell asleep in the car" - forgivable at that hour and we weren't late so no harm done..... Then, on the way back we waited an hour in the airport because the driver was stuck in traffic according to the office (- which I now know was b******s).
I have recommended them many times in the past but as of today I'll be switching to another firm. Do not use.

I have used SAMs cabs for years and have always recommended them to people but have now had two bad experiences with them when they have turned up late and been unfriendly and unhelpful. On one occasion when this caused me to miss a train and had to but another ticket and I called to complain the owner was rude to me and hung up. I will never be using them again and would urge anyone not to use them either.

I have been using Sam's Cars for years and am sad to say they're no longer reliable. Recently they've been late or had to send another driver to pick me up at the airport, and the last straw was when a car they sent broke down TWICE before they sent a second car to collect my friend. The journey took over four hours (should have been about an hour). They were incredibly rude to me on the phone as well. I'll no longer be using their services.

Absolute ****!!....Booked an airport transfer and they overcharged for both journeys. When asked about it the, controller told us that they had to wait two hours, when in actual fact they waited about 10 minutes, and his basis for quoting two hours was telling us..."well you're making a point, now i'm making a counter point". Not sure what kind of customer service that is,....needless to say,, we will most certainly NOT be using Sam's Cars again. Liars and Cheats....stay well clear from them!!

A few years ago this would have been a 7 or 8 star review however the last 4-5 times I have used Sam's cars they have arrived late, sometimes I've called more than once to check on the location and found their operators to be rude. My cab was 10 minutes late this morning despite pre booking. I'mheavily pregnant and was stood outside in the cold. When I called the operator said "well it's rush hour" and hung up. They are cheaper than some firms but I'd rather pay a few quid extra for a decent service. Shan't be using again!!!

I have been using SAMs cars for over 4yrs. Highly recommend. They are very professional, reliable, always early and remember my name and contact details including my home address. I always use them while living in n16 and will always do so if I'm in back in the area.

I've used Sam's a few times and they've always been reliable and reasonably priced.
Recently had a problem where the bus to Stansted didn't turn up. I called Sam's and they got a car to me asap and rushed me to the airport where I made the plane.
They were also £20 cheaper than another car service I spoke to while trying to figure out what to do.

This company saved my Christmas. I arrived at Gatwick airport and realised that I had left the suitcase with all the Christmas presents behind. Sam's cars rushed a cab to my home address and raced the suitcase out to Gatwick. The controller was reassuring and truthful and kept me up to date with the driver's progress and we made it with 5 mins to spare. Their cars are modern and they have good radio contact with their drivers. I had despaired of minicab companies ever being reliable and honest. This is my minicab company of choice.
