Amber Cars

I'm still waiting one hour after ordering a cab, despite only being five minutes down the road. I chased three times, was told the driver would call me (he didn't) Now my husband has missed his doctors appointment. My suggestion for improvement is that they actually send someone when they say they will, but I shall not be using these people again to find out.

Would benefit greatly from POLITE drivers, we are 5 mins from their office yet it took him 20 to arrive even after they said the driver was en route on the way.

Also would improve by NOT changing the price previously agreed on phone because the driver couldn't find us!! His reasoning was that our number didn't work yet after repeating twice at the office I don't see how this is on our behalf.

We are hoping that our ill colleague managed to get home OK after I imagine they wrote down the incorrect address aswell!!
