Atlas South

I have just got into an Atlas taxi to the train station, and 3 minutes into my journey, only just turning off my street, I got a message telling me I didn't need to be at my destination until later on.

So I asked the taxi driver to turn around and return, and he charged me initially £9.00 for the journey. After refusing and speaking to their 'Head Controller', I was forced to pay £6.00 for that journey. I even said I would use their company in the next two hours to rebook but it was still £6.00.

I have used this company two or 3 times before without much hassle, but this one experience has made me not want to use them again, so they have lost a lot of future revenue.

Please be aware of this and the rudeness I encountered was awful customer service and has left me fuming.
