I started using this taxi firm when they started out. Very competitive rates and good service. Never entertained at a later stage using Uber, staying with Swift cars. Goodbye Swift Cars. I paid a black cab 50%less than what you charged me for a 5 min journey up 2 streets to my destinationl on Saturday. Daylight robbery.

Low quality in every respect. Drivers are clueless about the roads and can be rude at times. Controllers and operators are arrogant and unhelpful. I believe they need a total overhaul in order for better quality of service and attitude.

Very polite office staff, cars have been always on time. And you can't find a cheaper car from Central London after a night out!

Used their app for airport pickup. Was given a quote (usually it is the price to airport plus £5). However, driver did not want to park and pay the carpark fees, but insisted I still pay for that. When I called the office, I got again a set of stories that did not correspond with their pricing. Horrible.

Booked taxis for a Christmas party. The taxis took over 35 minutes to get to our pick up point even though the booking was made well in advance for a particular time. Left waiting we had to phone the office 6 times, and the driver 3 times, always being told they are 'just around the corner'. We eventually gave up and hailed black cabs instead.
Swift Cars shouldn't take on bookings they cannot fulfil. Vast improvements need to be made on communication and on punctuality.

Generally good. However, certain drivers are prone to overcharge on airport pickups. When you call to inquire, you get cover-ups and lies. Very unfortunate.

The only cab company that tells the truth. Always on time! If they are busy they tell you 30 minutes - and it IS 30 minutes! I've tried other minicabs in Camden, who say 10 minutes and it takes 45 minutes! They usually provide cars (clean ones) within 10 minutes. Well, unless they are fully booked. But they will always tell you if they have a car for you (not like others saying they do but they don't). I used to book on Kabbee, but cars booked through this booking agent always take long, are more expensive and the cab company never looks after you as well as they do after their own customers

One of the best minicabs in Camden! I always get picked up within 10 minutes, cars are clean and drivers wearing ties. Very good prices to Luton Airport and Heathrow!

Swift Cars is probably one of the best minicabs in Central London for Heathrow Airport Transfer. I pay only £25 for a cab from Paddington to Heathrow Airport or £24 from Maida Vale when I go from my mum's house. Can't be beaten on price! The drivers are polite and are smartly dressed. Good cabs in Central London. Have been always on time.

If you are looking for a cheap London airport transport swift cars can't be beaten. My fare was £24 from Kilburn to Heathrow Airport, booked it directly on the swift cars mobile app! Driver was on time, the car was nice and clean.

Swift Cars has got new mobile apps for iphone and android based devices like samusng. It's really good. You get the fare first, you book your car and you can track it on live maps. Geeat! And Swift cars is so cheap! The best minicab in London.

I live near Swift cars and use them regularly, they are always reliable, flexible and I've found cheaper than others - even when I am disorganised and keep them waiting!

Overall, it was the worst experience I have had in a taxi in London. I was travelling from Heathrow and although the quoted fare was £30, once we reached the driver asked for £35 (including parking at the airport). However, when I booked the taxi I was not told of any such charges. This led to a disagreement between me and the driver as I refused to pay the charges I wasn't told about earlier. He called the office and the person on the other end started yelling and abusing me when we spoke instead of explaining the charge to me. Once I hung up, the driver didn't see a resolution, things got heated between us and he started yelling, abusing me and even pushed me physically. I was left with no choice by to pay the additional amount even though it should not have been charged. I have since written to the company, lodged a formal complaint at the office number but do not expect any sort of resolution to be taken. Do yourself a favour, book someone else.
