Booked a cab tonight for a journey to morefields eye hospital for Monday at 8 all booked and confirmed with text message confirming my booking for 8 am
Then got a phone call 10 minutes ago with the excuse they don’t have drivers and use excuse like they did before . I would not recommend this company and it’s bad taste to say to people it’s confirmed and then cancel

Awful, just awful.

They used to be great but changed management. Now the drivers are incredibly rude and that's if they even bother to show up at all.

The cab I booked was over 25 minutes late, so I called to cancel was greeted rudely by the phone operator who seemed offended at the prospect.

I have been using this company for almost a year now on a weekly basis. Unfortunately they have let me down many times and have often left me stranded late at night/early morning because they've either forgotten my booking or haven't had enough drivers on duty. Some of the drivers are very nice and others not. I've now had to stop using them because they are frankly unreliable and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

We've been using Kypros Cars for many years, mainly to London airports, and have never had any problems with them. Friendly, efficient, always on time to meet us at the airport on our way back.

I would agree with the other reviewer. The drivers can be rude and downright nasty. Some are okay, but it is a bit of a mixed bag. I can't really think of anything to recommend using them. They have been quite accommodating with us in the past - even keeping a baby car seat for us for when they picked us up from the airport - although it did come back smelling of cigarettes. Not great.

DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE THEY ARE NASTY RUDE MEN WHO INTIMIDATE YOING GIRLS. WE WERE ACCOSTED BY THIER DISGUSTING DRIVER AND CONTROLLER, THEY THEN LIED TO AND FORCED MY MORHER TO PAY £55 FOR A SERVICE THEY DIDNT PROVIDE. THE WORST KJND OF PEOPLE LET ALONE CAB SERVICE
