they never booked my cab so i spent 40 minutes standing by myself on the road at 12pm. i called them multiple times and a very aggressive man responded by repeatedly shouting 'no listen to me' down the phone. i asked for them to cancel the cab completely and to refund me as it didn't turn up and it took 5 days of me calling for them to finally refund me. NEVER will i use this service again. Very rude and aggressive.

I requested a cab and within minutes I was given a prompt service. The driver was polite and knowledgeable and a receipt was given for my journey.
