Terrible customer service - best eg - wheel of icandy needed replacing under warranty - Peppermint told me it would be £80 -I double checked with icandy as I thought this outragous - the cost price is £40, Peppermint just decided to mark it up to make a bit of profit! Unacceptable. Service v poor

Hi, we have replaced your pram free of charge for a brand new chassis. I understand from your notes that there has originally been a misunderstanding with charges. Icandy had suggested that there maybe a charge for your repair as the stroller is out of warranty. The issue you have experienced can arise from misuse of the product.
