The staff dont know the product range. on the phone they said they had the item i needed in stock and i was very specific. One hour later, on arrival at the shop, they did not have the item.

The staff shouldn't "test" their customers by offering items that are obviously not applicable to the use they are intending. For example, I was offered a green light as an alternative to a warm white horticultural lamp... Green light is used to view plants during the night without disturbing their sleep.
