I really like the brand Massimo Dutti but the staff in this particular shop was awful and the manager even more. They disgusted me and i won't make a purchase soon in this brand for sure!
Change your staff before it's too late, you are loosing loyal customers

I first came across Massimo Dutti in Madeira, I was looking for a wedding suit with my Wife and Sis-in-Law, they found a beautifully crafted suit, the finishing and attention to detail was excellent, trouble was, nothing in my size:I'm quite small, 32" waist with a relatively short body and long legs so UK sizes either end up under my armpits or the crutch hanging down by my knees, so with a month to go before my Daughter's wedding I went home crestfallen...A week later, at my office in Canary Wharf I received an urgent 'phone call..."Get over here right now..." I should explain that my Wife and SiL were shopping at Harrod's and had hit upon Massimo Dutti in Knightsbridge...Well, to cut a long story short, I jumped in a taxi and within two hours had bought a suit which fitted beautifully, two shirts in Harrods and a pair of very expensive shoes...That was two years ago, I still have the elegant suit in it's MD carry case, creases simply refuse to linger, the finish is still top hole and I can only say thank you for the excellent service I received from the staff at Massimo Dutti whilst being pulled around and around by two professional and very demanding shoppers, my Wife and Sister-in-Law...Since that date I have become a regular shopper at the store having discovered jeans which actually fit me perfectly, casual trousers which have detailing to die for and a range of clothing which actually looks very expensive but isn't...

p.s...If I find a queue at Massimo Dutti's the next time I'm there, I'm rescinding this missive ;0)
