Hewitts has no concept of customer care,having tried going to the shop on 3 occasions, resorted to ordering uniform on line,it has now been 3 weeks
and no uniform has arrived, although I appreciate there are some problems due to covid ,I now cannot get on to my order to track and trace, so have no idea when the uniform is likely to arrive,this also is a service which paid I extra for!!
The telephones and E-mails are not answered.
Is it too much to expect to be kept informed of the goods I have paid for,I would not recommend Hewitts and the only reason I would shop with them is I have no choice of where I can get the uniform.
If I do not get any answers soon I will have to resort to contacting trading standards.
Hewitts also sells a wide range school uniforms attributed to certain schools within the area.
