Amazing service!

The manager is quirky but really means well in the end. My phone was repaired and I haven't had any problems since!

The staff need some serious customer service training. I have lived in London for over 40 years and have never experienced such poor customer service.

When I ask you how much it is to repair my phone, I am not asking you to snatch the phone out of my hand and then take it to the back and then quote me a price and then avoid giving me my phone back. Border lining mugging!

Had a phone which was really smashed up but it contained alot of important and personal information. Tried alot of shops to get the phone repaired and Walk & Talk Mobile was the only one to fix it and retain my information.

They are a life saver.

Your services are good in terms of laptop repair but sometimes your sales girl transfers aggression on customers which not good at all.

I visited this shop recently due to the fact that my mobile phone packed up! They were brilliant in that they were able to establish the problem immediately and had all the parts needed to fix my phone whilst I waited. They even charged my battery whilst my phone was being repaired. They are good.

Have a problem with my phone and the shop were able to fix it straight away. Didn't have to wait around or anything. Plus it was very reasonable price.

This is my second time of making a purchase in this shop and I think I am comfortable enough to say it was a good service. In terms of staff orientation, i got the impression of a well organised team( unlike a few others in the vicinity of this shop).

Excellent service and very quick. No need to wait around. They unlocked one phone whilst repairing another one for me. Very professional and courteous.
Highly recommend this place as they do everything to do with mobile phones.
