took my phone their as the battery was completely dead, they managed to put it back on and charged £50. Unfortunately, I cannot use the phone for any activity for 10 minutes without the battery draining to less than 1%. This was the first day. The phone eventually packed up less than 3 days. Went back to the shop several times to make an amendment and ask for refund, all I get is verbal abuse, name calling. I am definitely escalating it as I won’t let the owner continue with that barbaric practice. I have since bought a new phone but will ensure that I take necessary action to get a refund and dragged him to a small claim court if he refuse to comply with my request. Don’t go their, there attitude stinks.
Won’t advise anyone to do business with them, the experience was too stressful.
