Really poor service from EE. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for years having a contract with them through my dad. The service is poor, I changed providers before therefore I don't know why I bother. I hand put a lot of effort into a new contract with no agreement.

Get better and more friendly staff in your shops. I went into the EE store yesterday in Camden Town. The man who served me was most unpleasant and I didn't get much better from the other staff. I was so disgusted by the service and atmosphere I left without purchasing anything. Perhaps you might vet your staff better and give them lessons in good manners and to treat ALL customers with respect. Won't set foot in that store again. Or any other if they are like this. And NO I was NOT having a bad day, not until I went into EE and had such hostile and appalling service from your staff.
