I took my phone into Dr Gadgets in Romford yesterday and although they couldn't fix the problem (it was a service provider issue) they were very professional and I received excellent service. A friend had recommended them and I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The guys are 100% reliable. I trusted them with my phone, laptop, and PC and all came back in factory condition or better. I am happy to recommend them because their level of customer care is exceptionally high, they are very knowledgeable about electronics and will treat you fairly and squarely. The pricing is keen and competitive and represents value for money.

I smashed my iPhone 4s screen. The best quote was offered by Dr. Gadgets and they repaired it within 24 hours.
The staff is very helpful. Their mobile phone accessories prices are most reasonable.
I will definetly recommend Dr. Gadgets to my friends and family.

I also got a Tablet Pc I wanted to sell. They said they would buy it but can only give a quote once they have seen it. Fair enough. Shall be going back soon to hand in my Samsung tablet to get some much needed cash.

i was glad to find a computer repair store in the centre of Romford. it is nice inside and the staff is very helpful. finally i got my dvd drive repaired, as they agreed to do it on the spot and i didnt have to leave my laptop there for few days. Highly recommended.
