Vodafone

This branch of Vodafone shop have treated my 85 yr old mother horrendously. Firstly by selling her boardband in a 24 month contract . Telling her that someone would come round to her home and set it all up for her , which didn’t happen … my mother didn’t have a smart tv so had to buy a new tv which she wasn’t told . So I feel she was misled .
Secondly after I had set it up and spoke to Vodafone as her landline was not working . My mother went to the walworth rd Vodafone shop to seek help with contacting Vodafone she was spoken to like an idiot and told by a member of staff “ I suggest you go home and try again “ whereas she left the shop in tears . Every time she goes to this branch she has only experienced rudeness and unhelpfulness.

The staff at the Walworth Road branch are very rude and unhelpful. My sister who is deaf and lip reads needed to get a new phone (for texting and internet) she told the staff there that she lips reads and would they lower their mask, they said no and would not let her in. I had to go in on her behalf. I told them that she wanted a new phone, the stupid sales person registered the phone she wanted in my name with my email address and my phone number, they also changed one of my pin numbers of what I don't know. That means that I can't use my phone now because my phone number and email have been Registered with her phone. They want £25 to sort her new phone out that will make my phone dead they will want £25 from me to put my phone number and email address back on my phone, through no fault of my own. They are conning their customers.

The people that work at walworth road very helpful. And good at there jod. There is one problem. This shop does not have a phone number to call if any one needs help.
