I have to thank Mr. Hamza for assisting me with my mobile. I took so much of his time yet he was very professional & helped me sort out my Issue. I highly recommend everyone to visit this shop.

Extremely knowledgeable chap, who got a 'tech idiot' (me) completely sorted out with a 'modern' mobile. Highly recommended.

On Saturday 18 December at 10.15 I entered my normally FRIENDLY Phone and Luggage shop at 131 Queensway London W2 6LS. I had been in a few days earlier to buy a phone case and screen protector but there was none available for my particular phone. The temporary guy working there assured me that if I managed to get one on-line, he would be happy to fit it for me. This is what I had come to expect from that store.
However, when I returned with the screen saver purchased from Ebay and explained the promise to the new temp I was met with a very unfriendly response and blunt refusal to help me even after I offered to pay for the service. This is out of character with that particular shop.
I found another shop nearby quite happy to help and without charge. I will not be visiting 132 Queensway again for any phone or luggage.

I went to them about my I-phone battery as the phone kept turning off. And they were very helpful and had it changed and ready for collection in the hour.:-) And all too willing to give advice or help on phones/ lap tops and I-pads. First class service and will always go there now. Thank you James Jack
