They damaged my phone when fitting a new screen looks like they used to much heat to remove the rear glass.
My phone now needs a new battery new wireless charger new USB port and new rear glass 100% cowboys

I gave my phone to the shop more than one month ago for a repering a glass. Owner told me that they need 1 hour to do it. The most important information is that actually the phone had 1 month, and just the glass was broken. After 2 hours I went to pick up the phone, he told me that he ordered wrong glass and only half of the screen is working and he needs one more week to order a glass etc. After one week he told me that in the time of changing the glass he broke whole hardware and he needs sth around 1 week to order me a new phone. After that he was keeping excuses why he doesnt have the phone yet. He was doing like that for ONE MONTH. Today at 3pm he told that he needs 3 more hours for delivery. I came back around 7pm and he told me that he doesnt know why but they deleted his bank account from amazon and he can give me 150£ for the phone. I told them that I paid for this phone 300£ 1 month before I gave for them plus I paid 50£ to them as a cash advance. It didnt bring any result
