Absolute rip off. "Repaired" screen lasted 1 week. Refused to refund or actually fix for real. In addition to that were rude and accused me of breaking it. Do not recommend at all unless you like loosing money and having a more broken phone that before.

A very bad experience here. Check the returns policy before they take your money also the price of my item much higher than high street price c.f. Curries. I bought a phone after I paid the money they wrote out a receipt and stamped it which said '........no refunds. I later returned the next day to get a different device and they changed the settings on my device without my consent I challenged him he said I was 'paranoid ' and it was not a 'colour thing' I would never go back here they were very unprofessional, patronising and seemingly have issue with me being female.
