Visiting here solo from US for the first time and my phone screen burns up. You can imagine my fear and panic. When greeted by Neuva upon my entry her smile and friendliness to hear my plight helped tremendously. The words, "have a seat I can help you" brought such relief. She shared what they had and pricing to help keep it reasonable. She is like the ninja of mobile phones with quick changes back and forth and staying engaged. Not only did she get me sorted out with the device, she set it up for me, adding apps, with my permission, to more easily get around town; she gave me a great tip for late lunch after I left and where to go to get help hopefully retrieving pictures and other information from the original phone. Neuva and 3 gave best customer service I have had in ages and when I needed it most.
