They lied about repairing my phone, I took it to another shop who stated that no repairs had been done as there was no flux near the faulty power IC and Mobifix Gadgets told me that they had desoldered and re-soldered the power IC nor had they removed the copper tape which is required to gain access to the faulty component, I was charged £25 just for them to hold my phone for a week and the guy scratched my plastic screen protector then removed it to show me it was not the screen that was scratched, despite me saying the screen protector was scratched, the other technician from another shop told me that not even the phone glue came off meaning the phone was not even opened! . The technician from the other shop managed to fix the phone for a lower price and was very honest in stating that the fix they applied was temporary and would not last long as the problem was due to a manufacturing fault. My phone is now fixed and I can back up my data but I am very frustrated that I was lied to and my screen protector was damaged and then peeled off by the technician. Waste of money store, I will be reporting to the bad business bureau. They use the word "brother" to try gain your trust, just to lie straight to your face then gas light you once you figure out they are lying
