I have taken my laptop here because it was not turning on. I paid £75 for a new charger and changing of charging port. I had to take it back the following day because it was still not working. They told me to come back just to get rid of me. The customer service is none as they have not ackknowledged their mistake or apoligized for it, being very rude at the same time. No refund is given. I would avoid this place and do not recommend it.
I have taken the laptop elsewhere and got it fixed for £35.
