My phone needed to be repaired, I was told it would take up to two weeks and I will be notified by phone when ready.
One month later - and several failed attempts ringing the branch (no one seems to answer calls) I went into the branch - still no news! Upon the second visit I was told my phone was ready - six weeks in total not the intial two! Only to discover my phone wasn't ready at all, in fact it was still in need of a repair...
I am very disappointed in the service that is provided for repairs, the service is laxed compared to when pruchasing...
