I felt very daunted at the prospect of renewing my blue badge as it runs out next month. Last time I renewed in January online but I had several questions to ask and needed to speak to someone. I used the Inspire website and phoned the number not expecting too much as it was engaged and only invited people to visit for assistance. I am basically house bound so I tried phoning again and was totally surprised when an upbeat male voice answered. The gentleman answered all my queries and was most helpful. Many thanks for an excellent prompt service!

Great service, great advise. help with all other matters like information on blue badges freedom passes.... its not just a shop...

Just would like to say I went on Tuesday 21st Sept for help in filling in form to renew my Blue Badge could not ask for better service and help by the young Lady Thank you very much
