Motor Cycle Service Centre

I have used this centre for 10yrs ... and have always found the staff very helpful and courteous . They have fitted in mot tests at a moment’s notice , while I waited...
They have managed the current COVID-19 situation well and are still able to provide excellent service .

I am afraid I cannot leave a positive review. I have brought my Aprilia in for servicing, MOT and a replacing of a part. Price was average for London. HOWEVER, hours after getting the bike back, 2 of the 3 speedometer plastic covers started to crack (I had never had any problem with them in 3 years) AND the side of my motorbike was damaged, I guess they must have bumped it into another bike while moving mine around. Also, they have reassembled one of the plastics in the wrong way, so that one of the screws is sticking out as it is too long for the hole. I asked for clarifications and they said that they did not do anything wrong but would have checked CCTV to exclude accidental damage and called me afterwards. I have never heard a word from them again. Not a professional conduct.

Had some work done on my bandit.I found the guys to be very helpful and chatty .job well done.will be using them from now on.

Why all the haters? I've been going here for nigh-on 15 years and they've always been brilliant. If I need a part they've nearly always got what I need or they can get it within a day or two and when it's MOT time they always fit me in, no probs.

Rude? I've always found them to be helpful and chatty and they love talking about bikes. I don't understand the complaints. They're not the closest to me but I'll go out of my way to go there.

No, I don't work there and no, it isn't my shop. I'm saying this stuff because I believe they're friendly and offer a good service.

Been using these guys for MOT's and quick fits for a while now, they have always fitted me in without any notice and have always been very helpful.

They failed my MOT twice so far.
I use them only because they are very close to my house.
Last time I failed because "in some areas the rear tyre tread was below limit".
My mechanic looked at it the week before and it was fine.
Can't argue with that, then proposed to fit a different tyre (£135) which I didn't.
Anyway I agree that they are very rude.

i would have to disagree with all the above, i find the staff rude, abrupt, and if your a biking newbie quite frankly incredibly unhelpfull.

i get the feeling the above comments are maybe entered by the shop themselves .........

I would agree with the guy above. came upon them by chance and they are always very helpful and reasonably priced - no nasty shocks. as good with my knackered old vespa as they seem to be with all the big bikes that go in there.

wonderful, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble! Wish my bike was in better condition but they still manage to get it through its mOT every time with care and attention to detail. Well done Les and Jim, all best wishes
