last year i bought a sarangi from Jas Musicals.
i am very satisfied with this sarangi and the delivery from Jas Musicals. With lessons now i learn playing sarangi.

I had a unique experience with Jas Musicals. I live in Vancouver, Canada. Ordered an electronic veena from Jas in Nov 2013. Sadly, the last one they had was broken, so they travelled all the way back to India to get me a new one, which took some time (March 2014), but man is it ever a beautiful instrument. I was worried while waiting, but Jas Musicals kept their word and delivered this stunning beauty to me in perfect condition. It was so thoroughly packed that there was no chance for anything to break and it was in perfect condition. Thank you, Kiran @ Jas!

The owners of this shop are complete professionals and really know their trade.
They are very friendly, and their in house repair and tuning work is fantastic...very hard to find this type of quality and know how outside of India.
We are very pleased and would highly rec them!

After more than 1 year, they have not refunded my money back for an online order that never arrived, indeed i suspect they never had the brass uduku i wanted.
They start an argue with me complaining and saying that i was not at home when the order arrived (but i have no receipt of incoming package recevived by the postman neither in the mail-office).
It is incredible and intolerable such a treatment to a customer, that ended in a formal complaint to the e-commerce arbitration courts of European Union, that it is still resolving.
I asked for my money back at least, then they said me that i had to pay for the shipping (of an order that i never even see with my eyes!!!). I said to them that i was not going to pay for that shipping of an order i have never seen, and their response was unbelieveable: "then you lose your money" !!!! Without comments...

Simply cheaters, please avoid this shop if you plan to buy online, or be prepared for the worst with your order.

Good morning, I rang on Saturday to enquire about an order for Sitar strings which I placed with you on last Wednesday, which I was waiting for.
I am very pleased to say that they arrived safe and sound this morning and as usual I am very happy with the service and goods that you supply. My Sitar is happy too.

I recently purchased some gungroos (dancing bells) from these guys and after one use, the stitching started to unravel. I emailed them within three weeks of purchase and was told I could not get a refund. When I told them I am entitled under UK consumer law, they informed me that no such thing exists. Needless to say I was astounded, as a Law Graduate and having consulted some lawyer friends, I knew that I was entitled.

I then visited the shop and had an argument with the sales guy who called me a liar and his behaviour was extremely aggressive. I stood my ground and eventually was given an almost full refund.

The next day I was emailed by these guys again, saying they had been in touch with Trading Standards and that they didn't have to give me a refund. I asked them to provide proof of this so called communication and needless to say I haven't heard from them since.

Think twice before you buy anything from these guys. They have no idea what the law or customer services is. A deeply unpleasant experience.

jas musicals is a big music company which is manufacturer of Indian Musical Instruments. They are qualified people knows everything about the Instruments. I personally visit this shop to buy a Sitar. They guide me that how to tune sitar, playing style, strings guages,and many more thingswhich I couldn't get from any other music shops. They gave me a free basic lesson which very helpful for me.
I play Guitar so they explained me according to western style and it was very helpful and understandable. Thanks to Jas Musicals to show me the right way in buying a Sitar
