Welling Nails

I have been a regular customer at this nail shop for months now, however I recently had to make a complaint as I paid £20 for a full set two days before my holiday to the canaries and two days into the holiday 4 nails snapped from me doing minor things such as; scratching my head, tying my bikini. I was disappointed as i had to cut down all my nails as i was still going to be on holiday for a week but when i went back to the shop to complain to the manager and employees were very rude and dismissive, they said they would only be willing to give my £5 off my next set of nails and when i said i would not be happy to have my nails done there again but perhaps a pedicure, as from the photos you can see that the nails all broke in the same way, highlighting the fact they were poorly done, they began shouting at me saying " It doesn't work like that, I don't know what you want us to do, I have customers I am trying to serve, If you have long nail on holiday your supposed to be care

If you're looking for a relaxing spa treatment, this is the perfect place to be at. The service is incredible and the people there are really polite, and welcoming. Its spacious with amazing variations of colours for every different season. Also, they give you a gift everytime, its just an amazing experience there.
