The Nail Haven

Update: Had the shellac redone on last Tuesday 4/7/17, being told it will last two weeks! A week later (today is 11/7/17) my nails are all chipped again!!! Avoid avoid avoid!

If i could give 0 i would. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Got a shellac manicure and a normal pedicure a day before my holiday. Pedicure paint got totally ruined 2 days into my holiday and the shellac nails only lasted 4 days, when it's meant to last 2 weeks!!!! I had to pay 15 euros whilst i was abroad to get my toes repainted but the gel nails was too expensive to get taken off and redone, specially when i just had paid £50 so when i came back to this shop, i tried to explain to them what has happened and that i had to pay to get it repainted. They refuse to repaint my toes for free as they said it's not guaranteed for it to last even 2 days! Wish i knew that before i paid so much! and finally after a shouting match with who i assume was the owner of the shop, she finally agreed to redo the shellac and not my toes. Can't believe the disrespect I received from the owner when they are in the wrong! Using cheap products because my toes nails that i had painted in Greece la
