Normally really good in here, I booked in for "party cluster" eye lashes which take around 10 - 15 minutes. I Confirmed with the woman twice she was doing clusters as I felt like it was taking quite a while, after confirming twice she finally said she was doing classics which take around 1 hour and a half. I did not have the time for this. I let her know how upset I was and she charged me for the original clusters that I asked for.
The eye lashes all fell out by the next day, and now the other eye is completely fell out.
I would not recommend going here for eye lashes.

I have been going to this nail bar for a long time now and they have a really good customer service with wide range of treatments for both nails and beauty. The staff is always taking good care of customers; even when your nails got stripped a few days after they are done, they will repair for you. Their shellac gel is magnificient, it last at least 2 weeks.
Their beauty services are also good. The ladies do really good shaped eyebrows. The first time I had this done, it was so perfect that I could not go anywhere else to get them done.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

What I like about Chapel SPA is that it is uncomplicated, and the actual result of the treatment is good. I had full set of tips with acrylic nails and gel nail polish done here twice, both times with the same person, a very skilled young guy. I actually like the fact that there are men doing your nails. Why should it be just a girl’s job?
Good selection of nail treatments and nail polish colours. Prices low for the area. No need to book, just show up. There is zero glamour about this place though. Also the staff talk to each other in a foreign language pretty much the whole time.

Would NOT recommend!
I totally agree with every comment below on the previous, quite rightly, disgruntled customer. What's even worse, when I started going it was quite nice. Lots of girls doing nails and other treatments. But since last summer, the girls have disappeared and have been replaced by their husbands/brothers/next door neighboor! What girl wants her nails done by a bloke? If they were delicate, neat and trained (which I doubt they are) then I wouldn't care but they're not. They're rude, rushed and their hands smell of smoke when they give you a 'manicure' as they don't wash them after smoking outside. Totally gone down hill. Sort yourself out Chapel Nails!

I had been a regular customer of Chapel Spa since they opened, but each time I went there I felt that both myself and other customers were being rushed more and more and the quality of the nails became worse and worse. The final straw was when a brand new customer was offered a "loyalty card" so that after so many visits they could get a percentage off, yet I have been going for almost a year to them and I have received no such card, nor have I been offered any discount for my loyalty. Also the staff's attitude towards both myself and other customers has become more and more curt and slapdash. Needless to say, I have found another place to get my nails done and shall not being going back. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

Not a good place to get your nails done.
They squeeze as many customers in as possible, moving from one customers to another whilst trying to get as many nails done as possible. I get the bio sculpture nails. They skip on the gels in terms of layers to either cut cost or just because they are so busy trying to get as many customers done that after a week, the nails crack and break because they are so thinly done.
The staff can also be rude sometimes and even try and make you feel as though they're doing you a favour by doing your nails.
Avoid.
