I walked into the salon which was completely empty. This should have been a red flag already but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for simple french nails nothing special at all and I was told £40. As I needed my nails done that day I agreed even though everywhere else in East charges £30. I showed the lady a photo of the simple french nails in an almond shape so she knew what I wanted. Again it was nothing special and they do have 7 years plus experience so I was not expecting to have any issues. She started doing my nails and we agreed on a length that matched the photo. Then she made the mistake of cutting one of the nails too short so she cut the rest of them shorter. At this point, I told her the nails are too short literally the size of my natural nails. She started getting aggressive and told me that I should have told her where to cut them, which I would like to reiterate that I did and even showed her a photo. She legit pulled off the tips and got up and rushed into the back room speaking to her husband in their language clearly annoyed with a lot of attitude. She came back and quickly applied new tips and didnt even make sure they were secure. She then sarcastically cut small bits of the nail asking me when to stop. I was not going to allow her to carry on with the sarcasm so I said to her I just want medium length french nails just like the photo. Here she proceeded to get aggressive and started commenting on my makeup and the way I look. The situation kept escalating to the point where I couldn't keep my calm anymore and had a panic attack in front of her. I was shaking and struggling to breathe. At this point another woman walked in who knew [the technician] and they started speaking their language and started laughing while I was struggling to breathe and in tears. What made it worse is that this family knows me and treated me this way. Imagine how they would treat customers they don't know. Another customer walked in and saw me in tears but the staff continued to act like nothing happened. This shows that they felt no remorse and have no care for their customers. I will never be going back to this salon and I suggest you avoid this salon too. Again, I will also be in contact with the council and whoever else. I hate complaining but in this instance this treatment was unacceptable.

Awful experience, extremely rude to most customers.
