The most amazing nail boutique. Lovely staff work to perfection in all beauty treatments. Really do make a difference. Will never go anywhere else for all my treatments again.

I felt my appointment was rushed. Guy who did my nails didn't appear to speak English, if he did he had no interest in speaking to me.
Messy job- got more than i bargained for with shellac on and around three of my nails. Not an even coat on my nails either as it's thin, bumpy and bubbly in certain places.
A week in and the paint has chipped and cracked.
Wouldn't have been a bad price if it had been done nicely.
Other than that- clean, bright and spacious studio. A vast array of colours. Other staff were polite, many happy looking customers in the salon. Perhaps i just had a bad tech

I have been coming to nails boutique for several months now and have always had a fantastic experience! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and chatty!! The atmosphere is so lovely and I've never felt as comfortable at a nail salon as I do here! My nails are always great quality and I have Never had any problems!! Thank you for the great experience and great nails! Looking forward to coming back soon! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!

I must admit it is a beautiful salon! I came here because of the reviews, but so far Im disappointed. I've been sitting waiting for 50 mins for someone to serve me. only two people working on a busy day in the summer holidays? no one greeted me, noone offered me a drink which in this weather is a must! I don't know how much longer I will wait. two more people have been served ahead of me because yhey had appointments, but on their website it states that walk in customers are preferable.

The place looks great. I've been there often and love the mani pedi... so the problem for me is not quality... it's the lack if greeting. No one looks up when you walk in. Then you have to sort of hover and try to catch someone's attention. I've been there over 5 times and they get my name wrong on the booking every single time. I know im being picky but it makes a huge difference when you feel welcome and valued as a customer. They're lucky they are the closest and most convenient for me to get to. Otherwise I'd probably go elsewhere. I hope they get this feedback and use it to their a

I Love this place! i was looking for a decent nail salon for ages. somewhere clean, well lit, with friendly staff and decent pricing. This place ticks all the boxes! The staff are wonderful. They are polite, friendly and talkative. I am always offered a drink and am never kept waiting. The staff really know their stuff and always offer advice about the latest nail trends. The salon itself is spacious, modern and has large windows at the front to allow the light to shine through. The prices are so fantastic that i find myself in there every fortnight! The best nail salon in south London.

The Nails Boutique was excellent for me! Good service, polite and kind natured staff. I had a problem with one of my nails from having shellac, and so i went in and they sorted it out straight away! Very reasonable prices aswell. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
