Pretty Nails

This the best salon I have ever been to
They have done my manicure and pedicure for over two years and it is of the highest standard imaginable
I would be very reluctant to go anywhere else, especially as I have experienced four mediocre salons before
They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are smiling and positive in any situation
I was in the salon when two unpleasant and aggressive women came in, but the girls kept their cool and did not rise to their rude demands other than try to placate them
My nails are very weak and break often and they always make them look nice
I can only recommend them the highest possible

I went to this place a few times to get my nails done and the service was okay, not great. I always felt like I was being rushed to make a decision about which colour I wanted (that's the most fun part as far as I'm concerned!). The girls were also not very pleasant. I saw them chatting happily to some other clients but they were really reserved and didn't smile despite my efforts to make small talk and they didn't even say thank you when I left them a tip. The last time I went I got shellac in a red colour and the girl only applied two coats of polish. I didn't notice right away that my nail colour didn't have as much lustre and i could almost see the white marks on my nails through the polish. So I called them the same evening and asked if it would be ok to come back in and get the third coat the next day. They said it would be fine. When I got there the same girl was so abrasive with me I have never felt so unwelcome! It's a shame because as a new mum I really needed to unwin
