Deluxe Nail Spa

I walked in here today, I am currently grieving & new to the area & the shop. I just wanted to treat myself to make me feel better and felt 10 times worse. A man asked me to take a seat. I waited patiently! I asked the price of a Full Acrylic Set and was told £32 I saw £23 so I asked how come? But due to another altercation in the shop regarding another unsatisfied customer, the man turned around and started shouting at me, I asked him to lower his tone & he turned his back on me questioning the price of what I exactly wanted. I told him I didn’t want gel & another gentlemen who was about to start my nails was checking exactly how much. This rude man ignored him and then I said I don’t appreciate your attitude & he proceeded to tell me goodbye and to leave. So I walked out. HORID HORID ATTITUDE.

1) long wait time no apology despite appointment
2) staff rude and unwilling to listen when I express that I was dissatisfied.
3) incompetent staff- man cut off two of my nails, haphazardly applied acrylic overlay. Lady then rushed shaping and painting nails.
4) finished nails beyond awful and will be rectified tomorrow at a reputable salon (although sadly will need tips after the blunder by the staff here).
5) tried to overcharge by £18
6) very unhygienic-no cleaning of surfaces or equipment in between customers

I went for a pedicure and the woman cut so much skin around my skin my toes has been hurting me since and now it’s 3 days! 1 will never go there strongly recommend you to consider twice

Deluxe Nails have awful customer service. I asked for infills and they suggested I have removal for a full set (I think they were trying to make more money). I said I only have an hour on my car and they said no problem. An hour later they were no where near done and couldn’t find the colours they need and going to another shop of theirs to collect more colours they said. When I said I had to move my car they asked me to leave my phone behind! Which obviously I said no, I was parked in the road opposite and my nails were only half done with no paint yet on the acrylics. As I left to move my car the lady chased me across the road and shouted I haven’t paid. I said obviously I would be coming back as my nails looked awful they needed finishing I was hardly going to run off at this point and had informed them I needed to move my car! I offered to give them half the money and the women grabbed me and snatched my purse out of my hand!! Other people in the street had to help me!! I couldn’t believe the way they would treat someone!! Disgusting behaviour. I obviously had to return to have my nails finished but the lady in question had left and refused to finish my nails. They were awful quality in the end and rushed, I would not recommend at all.
