Love the salon and my bails always look amazing one of the best salons in London period

Myself, daughter and her friend had booked in for a full set and pedicure as a treat for my birthday. The staff were all lovely young ladies. However, the quality of the work was absolutely shoddy which resulted in me having to go back to my original nail shop to take them off (one nail cracked and split my nail underneath), get a new full set and pedicure. We was in the nail shop for around 6-7 hours. I repeatedly had to tell the nail tech how to do my design and as I had a hair appointment which luckily my hairdresser rescheduled for me for later in the day I just wanted to get out of there. We spent £250 which was discounted a bit due to the nature of the work and time which my daughter paid as I had to leave. Despite complaining and sending in pictures and videos of the work the management is refusing to accept that the work of the nail techs was of poor quality. AVOID at all costs!!

Before the lockdown I tried in vain to get an appointment. Was always told they were fully booked every time I called. They ignored all my messages via Instagram. When I did finally get an appointment via email recently, yes email ?. Which took along time as there was a lot of back and fourth in the email inspite of me providing my mobile number, I then had to send another fresh email and message them again through insta before they finally emailed me back, I was eventually given an appointment only to be sent a cancellation email a week later. No reason why they cancelled and no offer of another appointment. I asked for another date and was completely ignored. There customer service is appalling. Perhaps they only bother with you if you are a famous YouTuber or celebrity but the impression I got is they do not give a toss about new customers.

Fell in love with their shapes on Insta, but received genuinely poor quality. Nice décor, staff were nice (no drink offered though!) & owner was engaging. Had a short wait, then asked for one of their Insta designs. Girl who did my tips glued one crooked which caused problems when the acrylic girl tried to shape it. Owner gave me £5 off for the nail which was a nice gesture, but after I left and really had a look there were major errors. Acrylic millimetres from my cuticles; acrylic not meeting the side of the nails leaving nail exposed on the sides; acrylic sticking to my skin; acrylic not joining my natural nail at the tip leaving a gap; Ombre fade uneven; nails different lengths and shapes; file marks & gaps in the vanish. Gutted, even with the discount it cost £40. The owner said they looked nice as I left... but 3 days later they look 2 weeks old

Salon is beautifull, it literally smells amazing its super fresh and clean and all the technicians are so talented i recommend this place to everyone they are the best at what they do,

I am from the States and I have been a big fan of theirs from their Instagram @iamreeveyroo . The staff are all so amazing literally I had a blast. There are hundreds of brands and colours to choose from which had me blown away! I had a pedicure and feel asleep in the huge thrones which are super cute and comfy.

I had a nail technician called Tracey who had me in stitches by the way! Make sure you book her she's great. She cleaned my cuticles to perfection! They also use this organic honey and brown sugar scrub which left my hands feeling like a new born. Loved it xoxo
