Mai Nails Spa

Have been going here for about 4 years all the girls are great. I have never had any issues nails always done to a great standard. I strongly disagree with the comments on cleanliness always clean and safety measures were good during Covid.

I have been using nail salons for 19 years now and this is by far the BEST salon I have ever used my daughter also thinks so . I always book but my daughter just walks in , either way ther is usually a short wait but that’s to be expected as they never rush clients to make more money and pay great attention to detail . Absolutely first class !

Absolutely not satisfied. The lady wasn’t friendly at all, she hurt me twice and didn’t even say sorry. My nails are all different one longer one shorter not all same shape (she obviously got angry cause i asked her to file one of my nail again i as i said shape wasn’t good). She absolutely doesn’t have eye for details and I don’t think someone like her should work at this kind of place. I would recommend the man who is working there, and if i go one more time I would ask for him to do my nails.

This was good when it first opened but it’s reallt gone downhill. Lack of politeness and even rudeness, fast nails because they don’t want to take the time, which means they break easily, and they keep you waiting hours for an appointment. Not impressed

It's great. I suspect the negative reviews are from Glamourpuss which has definitely lost business since a decent salon opened

I have been using this salon for about 6/7 months now and everytime I have been completely satisfied with both manicures and pedicures. i was surprised to see a review that said hygine needed improving as I have always been very impressed with the cleanliness. They all work really hard and always try to please.

A visited just before xmas and walked in without an appointment, they were all very nice and welcoming, did a great job too on my nails and eye brows. I will definitly use their services again.

Need to improve on hygiene, customer service and staff training.
