5A Glamour Nails

Went in on Saturday, they were happy to see me as a walk in. I had my nails done there 3 weeks ago so I kind of knew what to expect, i had 2 shellac nails left on and she GROUND them off as well as half my nail, the bottle said "soak off", so I was quite suprized to see this, during my manicure, the technician cut my critical and it was bleeding but she did not look at me or acknowledged she had done it, she just spoke to the guy next to her, in her own language and he passed her a small bottle which she put on my bleeding cuticle, OMG, it was like vinegar and I was in so much pain, WOUKD NEVER GO BACK! And she had the bloody nerve to charge me an extra £2.00 for the removal of the original shellac. There was no apology, no nothing and I had to ask for another coat as it was still seethrough, photos have been taken in case I get an infection, today is Monday and my finger is still sore ! Wish you could add photos as the colour is under my nail as well. Not a nice pla

I truly enjoyed my spa treatment a very comforting pedicure. I was so happy with the treatment, I booked myself a manicure for the weekend and I bought a mani & pedi gift voucher for my friend.

Will make it a point to spoil myself every month at Glamour nails.
