Angeline's Nails

I live in the area so use this shop for convenience and generally they do good work.

However on many occasions I have noticed that the way [the owner] speaks to me is totally different to all other customers who are a different skin tone (I am black). Now on many occasions I have tried to talk to him about his rudeness and attitude but yet he does not seem to get it. He changes the prices frequently and has no manners or customer service skills.

Today I asked for help in matching the colour I had on my toes to my nails. I was not expecting him to remember the number of the colour but to assist me by matching the nail palette to the colour on my toes.

He proceeded to tell me “he doesn’t know and if I don’t like how he is then don’t come back!”. Now considering I spend a minimum of £40 in there and have been a loyal customer for years I found this extremely rude and embarrassing in front of other customers and my daughter.

Honestly he needs to be shut down simply because of the way he talks to black and Asian customers… save your money and use one of the other nail shops in Tooting instead!!!!
