Discusting service! Staff are so rude and unprofessional. Got refused getting my nails done because I asked if the lady was in a rush last time. Time before that one of the guys said he won't be able to dl my nails anymore because I keep.looking at my nails, like really! I'm paying for them and I would like them done a certain way. Just to add I've been coming here for years! Just disgraceful
Always speaking their language feels very uncomfortable. Reading all these reviews says it all! How are they still open!

I did post a review before I haven’t had my nails done for over two months i went into the salon yesterday and i told the young man that the last one put way to much product on my nails it was very thick so i said if they are not great it will be the last time i come here i had two nail extensions and infills and omg what an amazing job he did they look great and best of all they are thin so i will be going back the only thing i didn t like was them speaking in there own language alot i think one of them cracked a joke because they all laughed and i asked what was so funny and he just looked at me i think they should speak in English because most of us are british speaking

Was charged £33 for full set, however, it says £28 on the price list. I was informed that price went up due to cost of living crisis. They always find an excuse to justify charging more than what’s on the price list. They have so many unethical ways of running business. They have no conscience to feel remorse for cheating customers and I doubt they have a clue of what morals are. All they want is to make as much money out of you.

I have mixed views on this salon.
At first I found it really good the price wasn't to bad and the usual would do my nails and beautiful designs.
After going there a few times in a year, I would get different people doing my nails. So not always the same result 😕 so I never knew what I was going to get.
So then I noticed that prices also kept changing so never the same it could be the same design but £15 more! Why? There was never no explanation...
The other day I went in with my daughter who is 14 and requested a Halloween design and they said minimum £45!!! And it was nothing to complicated then the usual ...
She was really upset she couldn't do them as I wasn't going to pay £45 or more.
So.... now they dont except student discount!
Unfortunately I will have to change nail shop 😕

I wish I had the option not to leave even one star.

I always get my nails done here and this is the last time. They charged me £24 because I changed the shape of my nails. The guy rushed to do my nails. Nails were done in 27 min.
Absolutely rubbish. They keep speaking in their own language in front of clients and they don’t care about the client at all. He was rushing so much that it was so painful.

Do not go there. It’s a waste of time!

Awful nails that were rushed. Full set done in about 25 mins - nails are wide, uneven and bump. After two days they are lifting already.
no filling down near cuticles - worst £30 spent ever.

I have been going to Bellas for 2 years now and the quality really can he hit and miss. Today, 30 Aug at 12.20pm. The guy that did my nails rushed, he filed parts of the skin on my thumbs, and the quality of the finished product was bumpy and unacceptable. I returned immediately after leaving and asked him to fix. Sorry but its poor service. I shall be going elsewhere in future.

My mum went in to Bella nails on Friday 1 July, as she was having then done the so called owner was busy chatting in her own language to another person, answered the phone whilst dealing with her! The owner didn't do the job very well as 2 of her nails lifted from natural nail! She was looking at her staff 'laughing' and said something in her language which I find offensive to start with, went back following to get reshaped and false nail refitted, to be told 'I clean ur nail and its fine' she looked to her staff member started laughing which again offensive, grabbed hold of my mums hand and was soooo brutal that her hand was in pain..........she was almost in tears, how is this salon still operating is beyond belief and also the price list is completely wrong as she charges more than what's on there! Would not recommend this place to anymore only trading standards! Btw the owner needs less attitude as ppl r going there for a service not a LECTURE!!!!

I wish there was an option for no heart!!!! The service has been so bad I don't know how this salon is running??

I went to get my nails taken off.She was not gentle at all and cut my nails in any shape without realise I have my own grown nails under them.She left me and assisted another customer who also came because she didn't like her nails
A guy came to remove mine and he didn't speak English.He took my nails and didn't shape or put a shine polish so I assumed he is done so I said is that all and the owner comes shouting on my face and grabs my hands and finishes it off!!

I have never been treated like this in any salon.
I don't understand why people yo to her I guess she is the only nail salon on this street

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Rude, unhelpful. Awful service. Nails looks ok to start with but materials used and techniques are very poor. Shellac and gel peels off after a couple of days and if you go back asking to have your nails fixed they would initially do it by blaming it on you (dry skin, you put the hands in the machine wrongly, we were rushed etc etc). Never just apologising. On my last visit they refused to fix two nails despite the shop being completely empty. I told them I would return in three days time and pay for a full change but they just refused it. I use shellac and gel for over 20 years of which 16 in London. Never had any problem before. I moved to this area recently and I tried them for over 3 months just to give the company the benefit of the doubt. This was my eleventh visit and last one for sure. I feel gullible for returning so many times. I’ll make sure NEVER to use Bella Nails again.

Been coming here for a few years now for SNS.
I agree the owner is a bit too loud and opinionated about other customers, which can make others feel uncomfortable. However, I've kind of got used to that now.
All technicians bar 1 are excellent, always good results, if there is a problem they will fix it.
Going again today for my monthly update!

I've always gone to this salon. It's clean and they've always done a fantastic job . They're busy because they're good. The only negative I would say is when you book an appointment, it doesn't get documented anywhere, you turn up at the agreed time and could still end up waiting over an hour!! The owner doesn't turn away business, if people arrive for treatment he will guess at how long the wait will be and suggest the potential client comes back.

The owner is very talkative in a negative way I have been there on a few occasions always negative towards customers asking where you had previous nails done they done a bad job bella nails would have done a better job customer service is poor make customers feels uncomfortable even when getting a pedicure have said to customers why do you have so much dead skin quite embrassing they need to learn to just offer a friendly service and stop making customers feel uncomfortable

High price, poor quality of service! Showed picture as I wanted my nails done but it was horrible!!! Not recommended at all!!!

Got my nails done today, and I absolutely LOVE THEM!! The nail tech was so gentle. The place is very clean and they also have shields up to protect staff and customers. I got a gel french tip manicure, costing £30. Though the price is a little high, it’s deffo worth the money. Highly recommend going here.
