Magical Nails

Service really gone down hill.I used to be really happy with my nails. Now the staff just rush and use the excuse of being really busy. They have no concept of time and when you enquire about how long the wait is, you just get a rude reply back.. will be finding another nail salon now

I have been a customer here for a few years as it local to where i work,.
I had a bad experience the last time i visited due to them telling me i had to wait 30 minutes to be seen after i had made an appointment i ended up walking out without getting my nails done. I called the next day to raise this issue and speak with the manager they said i could not speak to the manager and they offered me a discount on my next visit, i gave them a second chance and unfortunately upon returning there yesterday i ended up waiting 15 mins after my allocated appointment time, the man doing my nails ended up cutting a chunk of my skin off the side of my finger it started bleeding he said its fine which is clearly was not! Please do not go here as they are quick to take your money and provide an inadequate level of service, they are rude and very unprofessional you do not even get an hello when you walk in. They charge you premium price too, what a rip off will definitely not be returning again.

Excellent service and very polite staff. I have been to many nail parlours but Magical Nails is the best. I will definitely recommend this to everyone

I have been going there for a couple of years and was happy with the service until now! Change of management since a year ago and service is terrible!! You make an appointment but you are kept waiting and no one comes and let you know there is a delay!! When you ask they don’t tell you and are very rude!! Will not be going there again... Genuinely the worst nail place- They do not understand the concept of timing. I waited half an hour even though I had booked an appointment and nobody was available still to do my nails, and I just had to leave. They didn’t even apologise! They’re also definitely doing some sort of tax evasion scheme as you can only pay in cash.
