So previously I had given this business top stars and this is true and I wouldn't state otherwise about my PAST experience. However the way I was just treated on the phone was beyond disrespectful. As a mum of 2 kids sometimes you have to cancel and I called to cancel today because I am not well and had been around someone who was unwell with covid and in no shape or form would I put the staff at risk. I was told you keep cancelling and the phone hung up on me. I didn't realise my money wasn't good enough for this place! I was so happy with them in the past I was willing to drive there despite recently moving. But not after being hung up on and spoken to that way. I didn't realise that due to ill health on this occasion and a couple of cancellations in the past due to having young kids and them coming first that it would be held against me. What a huge shame.
