this shop is not amazing but it is not that bad.
I’ve been around twice and fair to say the nails have been amazing every time and lasts me more than a month although customer service is good and very nice, does take long but worth it

Honestly first time I thought they don’t know to speak English and probably that’s way i think they responded some how rude and also rolled the eyes but that’s the way how they treat the costumers… i done my nails in there for so many times and it was…. Quiet nice but only one of them were fine.. other ones (all the rest girls) nah.. u don’t even know if is worth to ask them or to tell them something u would like to change or whatever, they keep talking in their language for more than 10 seconds and then the answer for u is like “we don’t have” or “we don’t do” without any other reason or explication, i mean i try to suggest u how to to my nails because i still pay for it tho! Costumers service is bad, they don’t know to do that’s many models and always they keep saying “we can make that looks like in pics” but results nahhhh….

Been on the salon 4 times before today, booked for an appointment for manicure shellac and provided my phone number. At the time of the appointment the girl asked me to pay in advance before starting on the shellac application. When I asked why the response was that apparently I’m closer to the door (when I mentioned that when I went for my pedicure 2 days ago I didn’t have to pay in advance). When I said I’ve never before heard of this and that I’m obviously not paying for a service before I see the result the justification was that “a year ago a girl did her manicure and before paying she left”. They didn’t even recognise how offensive that was and didn’t even apologise even when I made it very clear how offended I was! Wouldn’t step foot there again and wouldn’t send any of my friends when asked to.

I am in this shop right now. I made an appointment for 3.30 with my daughter, we got here at 3.25. They started on my daughter’s pedicure straight away, said I must wait. At 4.00 still waiting, then a lady came and said oh you have appointment for 3.30, I told her I don’t want my nails done here and I will wait for daughter to finish. It is 4.25, only 10 minutes ago someone would have been free to do my nails. They should have offered to do my nails at a discount for the inconvenience but a lady who is not satisfied with her treatment can’t even get her money back as I’m sitting here. Terrible place, money grabbing.

This place was amazing! They were able to get my nail done perfectly and nicely. Manager was very kind and was able to get the job done with no difficulties. Service was on point!

I’m going to this Amelie salon nails for more than 1 year, except the quality services which are NOT on the higher standard, the manager (or owner) I’m not sure about her position is very unprofessional and rudely, no technique or experience of this art nails, no respect for her loyalty customer, prefer to let the ladies on the quite waiting for 1-2 hours to be taken just because she trying to do more money and can’t offer to her staff enough time to do a quality work. Taking more clients than what they can do and let others ladies waiting a lot, as well the prices are very high and their behaviour and attitudes really disappointing the clients.
Not an nice ambiance but I have only a good feedback as she deserves for only one of the staff: MEME ( she is dedicated to her job, talented, devoted and hard worker) I was always impressed about her patience. Thank you for that

Went in for a Pedicure today. Love the work done! Amazing customer service. The lady did a great job. Another lady came to check i was ok. Really good experience, really professional and calm. All staff were focused on customer satisfaction and doing a good job with nails.
Would recommend. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been doing my nails here for months and really pleased with the girl on first table next to the sink where I always go, but today I had a horrible experience with the attitude of another one, which is usually sitting on one of the middle tables! I got in the salon and she asked me “what do you want?”, like I was burst into her house, not a nail salon! I said “I want my nails done” and the girl I knew she said yes, have a sit! Then the impolite one start speaking in her native language and laughed! I know she was talking about me and I felt really uncomfortable! Working with people and talking in to your on language in front of the customers and looking at them like they are idiots it’s really disrespectful and hope the owner sees this and does something about it if they want to keep their customers!
A nice “hello” and “how can I help” wold be more professional and appropriate, definitely more appreciated!

No customer service , cut me several times and I was bleeding than put on this blue thing and started laughing no apology, had headphones in and spoke to me didn’t hear and said “what time did you get up this morning uou look tired”

I’ve had such a horrible experience at the shop. I wanted simple ombré nails which were £40. However the staff not even 1 knew how to do this properly. My nails were very patchy and when when I said I did not like my nails and showed the lady a picture of how an ombré nail set should look like, she said it’s impossible to make it look like the picture. The lady then ended up putting more powder on my nails which made them very thick and uncomfortable. She also cut me in a few places with the nail drill and then the nail file until my finger bled which was VERY painful and then said it was my fault because I was “moving”. This shop is an absolute joke!!! There was another lady who was also getting her nails done next to me… she did not look pleased with her nails at all. She was getting an infill but the staff seemed like they did not know how to this job. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

There are candy drinks for customers to drink for free, which makes me feel good. I am also very satisfied with the nails I made. It's worth going to.

Only been about 2/3 times but each time the staff have been quite rude. I asked and showed an image of a simple and small design but was flat out refused to do it, I then said I would like this colour and I got questioned about having the colour as if the staff didn’t know think I should have it. Later on I asked if it was okay to do any other designs but my question was ignored. I ended up having to choose another colour yet again as they flat out refused to do my original idea.
I also noticed that they do not care for customers but only to get out the door in time, a majority of customers came in today and were all refused, except for two people, which was only because they had to tell them they had a booking or they would have been sent away too. They also encouraged me to use cash but as I did not have any, I used card instead. I will not be going back there. Bad service and certainly felt judgement.

Been to this shop few times now and first 2 visits good the next visits cut both my feet very painful and not even apology so I have ended up with nail infection would not recommend to anyone and some of the staff are rude, staf are talking all the time and don’t concerate on what there doing that’s why they make mistakes will not be going back to this shop

So. I have been here about 4/5 times now. Of those times, only once I have been seen on time with an appointment. These people are just wanting quick cash. They prefer cash over you using your card so please insist you pay by card as they cannot make you walk to the NatWest cash point to take money out. I booked an appointment for a reason. That I have a busy schedule. Left waiting for over an hour as they took in a walk-in over me whose treatment time was longer than mine. Go figure! Lovely colours etc but slack service. Even when they are sorting your nails, they are constantly looking to prepare the next person. That has once resulted in my gel toes not drying properly and smearing. This is gel we are talking about. I’d go to Nail World down the road instead.
