Five Star Nails

The staff were rude and the person (chinese lasy sitting on the left) doing my nails was very rude and deliberatly did not do a good job. I paid £20 for my nails and it was not worth it. She was very aggressive by pulling my fingers very hard and did not listen to how i wanted my nails. Rudest staff ever! Would never go again

I have also been attending Five Star Nails, Harrow for over 10 years and was delighted to learn that there was a change of management. The new owner is very courteous and welcoming. His team is also very accommodating. In comparison to the glum and unprofessional attitude of the previous owner I, and all my colleagues are very content. Thank you Current owner for opening on sundays and also for the beauty room. Fabulous....all the best.

I have been a customer at Five Star in Harrow for over 10 years. They have recently been taken over by a new team. I went today and the customer service was terrible I felt like I was on a conveyor belt . I won't be going back.
